That is a common issue with low-end PVC patches because many budget factories only use glue. Our process is different. We first bond the backing with industrial-strength adhesive, then securely stitch it along a dedicated channel using double-threaded heavy-duty nylon line. This helps the Velcro backing stay firmly attached, even after repeated pulling, ripping, and outdoor use.
Will PVC patches degrade, crack, or become sticky after long-term storage?
No. We use SGS-certified premium eco-friendly soft PVC designed to handle tough conditions. The material can withstand extreme temperatures from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F), so it will not become brittle in freezing weather, sticky in hot summers, or easily damaged during long-term storage. PVC patches are also waterproof and mold-resistant, helping them keep their color and shape over time.
